Nintendo UK has partnered with Green Man Gaming for digital game sales

Nintendo UK and Green Man Gaming have announced a partnership allowing the retailer to sell digital games for both the Wii U and 3DS. It will mark the first time for Green Man that they have partnered with a platform holder and opens up new possibilities. Remember, last year Green Man also announced their own publishing company as well. This could lead to some new, third party deals for Nintendo to which they admittedly are lacking at the moment.

Green Man's CEO Paul Sulyok was excited about the announcement and stated that

"Nintendo is one of the most respected, longstanding companies in the business with a strong history of quality games. Working with Nintendo UK to offer titles including Mario Kart 8 and Super Mario Maker for the Wii U , or Pokémon Alpha Sapphire and The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D on the Nintendo 3DS is an exciting privilege, and really great news for both our community and Nintendo fans."

More games will be added as the programs go on, but for now titles like Mario Kart 8, Super Mario Maker and Majora's Mask for 3DS will all be available at the onset. We'll have more info as it becomes available.
