TurnOn is an Xbox One platformer that doesn't use platforms

Wait, What??

Yes, you read that correctly. TurnOn is a new  game that is making its way to Xbox One this Spring. Developed by Brainy Studio, the game features an alien "body" on Earth that is devoid of all power. This alien, called Turnon, crashed into the city's power supply and caused it to lose power. As a result, TurnOn also was turned into a rational being from the electric shock. Professor Brain (see what you did there Brainy Studio) found TurnOn and decided to help him turn back the power within the city. Now, both TurnOn and Professor Brain travel the city in order to restore the power.

But how are there no platforms you ask? Sure, that's pretty simple. TurnOn uses the city's power lines, electrical panels and more to navigate and jump through each level of the city. Once the power has been restored, he hops on a minibus and Professor Brain drives over to the next sector. TurnOn also feautures zero dialogue as well. Now, that could seem like an absent of a feature, but Brainy Studio has opted to tell the story through purely visuals and what you see on screen. The game's trailer shows some intriguing and what is sure to be fun, frustrating game play.

Check out the trailer below, including the game's Steam page, as TurnOn currently has a Spring 2016 release window.
