Night School Studio has announced that their game Oxenfree, which is releasing tomorrow on Xbox One for $19.99, will also be getting a Collector's Edition. It is in collaboration with Iam8bit and priced at a cost of $55, it's quite a bit cheaper than other special editions and includes a number of physical items from the game itself. Those who opt to take the plunge, and after our review tomorrow you'll know whether or not you should (silly embargos), will receive the following items:
- Download code for game on platform of your choice
- Oxenfree beverage cooler
- Stash can
- Can insulator
- Roundtrip ferry ticket to Edwards Island (game location)
- Redheaded bedwetters demo tape - tracks from Ren's band
- Download code for digital version of demo tape
- Foldout tourist map of Edwards Island
The game itself will be available at 12pm eastern tomorrow, January 15th which is when our review will go live. If you like, you can pre-order the edition here. Your download code for the game will be given to you immediately with the physical items shipped out right afterwards.
