Apparently thousands of people want to see Britney Spears in Smash Bros.

Nintendo is currently holding a pole on which character fans would want to see next in Super Smash Bros. Eligible characters need to be involved in a Nintendo game in some way so, as a result, one of the leading characters is incredibly surprising.

Britney Spears, pop music diva and feature artist of 2002 Gameboy Advanced game Britney's Dance Beat, has received thousands of votes from fans in Nintendo's pole. The inclusion originally started on Tumblr and has just under 17,000 votes at the time of this writing. Originally started five months ago, the post was recently relisted in order to get some final votes leading up to the October 3rd deadline.

Look, we all know this is in no way going to happen, but let's have a little fun, huh? I mean, why not? If for some reason Britney Spears did make her way into Smash Bros, let us know below what you would want her moves to be. Let us know in the comments how you would program Britney Spears in Smash Bros. by answering the following questions

  1. What is her Final Smash move?
  2. What is her taunt?
  3. What would her fighting style be?

And be original, we know there are some funny ones out there.
